No Refund Policy
All registration fees and payments made to [Florida Freeze/ Alysia Pomeroy] are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds or player exchanges will only be considered under the following condition:
• If a tournament or division is officially cancelled by the organizing body or [Florida Freeze].
No refunds or player substitutions will be permitted for any other reasons, including but not limited to:
• Scheduling conflicts
• Player injury or illness
• Team withdrawal
• Personal or family decisions
By registering with [Florida Freeze], all players and parents/guardians acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
